**About DCV**
**DCV** provides a broad range of NDIS and TAC (Transport Accident Commission) person-centred services, delivered by our large team of experienced support workers. DCV's services are provided in people's own homes and in the community, to people living with disability or mental health conditions, or requiring support with their rehabilitation and therapy programs, across the entire Eastern half of Victoria.

Disability Connect Victoria are Seeking multiple Support Workers in the Local area.

Your role will involve assisting our clients with all aspects of daily living including personal care needs, meals, light domestic chores, manual handling duties, community access while supporting meaningful engagement within their home and community environments for our clients in the local area.
**Requirements**:
- Clear and effective communication
- Show initiative and self-motivation
- A positive and professional approach
- Attention to detail, accuracy in record management
- Good teamwork
- Minimum of Certificate 3 Individual Support (Aged, Disability, Home & Community Care), however someone with minimum 6 months experience or life experience may be considered
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid (HLTAID003) completed within the last 3 years
- CPR (HLTAID001) completed within the last 12 months
- Current Australian Driver's License (along with Car Insurance)
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Working Visa No Restrictions)
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- COVID19 Infection Training Certificate
