Role Overview
A key role has become available to join our team, focused on emerging industries business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to organisational success by promoting core values and established values.
* Establish effective industry relationships, networks, and strategic alliances to improve market position and solidify a preferred VET provider in emerging industries.
* Manage project planning documentation, comprehensive briefings, reports, and financial obligations associated with project funding arrangements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business development units, and educational delivery teams to communicate industry learnings and refine roadmaps and strategies for emerging industries.
* Provide high-level strategic advice, information, and reports regarding key Emerging Industries' markets and products for the future.
* Critically analyse and review progress against agreed project timeframes by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, identifying risks, and regularly reporting recommendations.
* Liaise with the VET Emerging Industries Project Manager to ensure projects are progressing consistently with industry expectations and advise on recommended changes.
* Provide expert advice on additional collaborative projects/work to enhance capability and status as a preferred education and training provider to Emerging Industries.
* Contribute to improvements in business processes and practices by fostering an environment where high-quality work is achieved and adhering to quality systems.
* Participate in local Performance Planning and Development processes, seeking opportunities for self-development and contributing to the development of the team through knowledge sharing, provision of support and guidance, and maximising collaboration.
