Industrial Spray Painter | Sunshine VIC | Immediate Start | $40-$43/hr + OT
We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters for an ongoing role with a leading steel fabrication company based in Sunshine. This an amazing opportunity to work for a leading company with great culture.
This is a hands-on, workshop-based position offering consistent hours, overtime, and immediate start.
Responsibilities
* Industrial spray painting of structural steel and fabricated components
* Surface preparation (cleaning, masking, grinding as required)
* Mixing and applying 2-pack coating systems
* Operating spray equipment safely and efficiently
* Working in a fast-paced production environment
Hours
* Monday to Friday: 6:00am start, 4:30pm-6:30pm finish (overtime available)
* Saturday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Pay Rates
* $40 – $43 per hour (casual)
* Overtime penalties apply
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter
* Experience with 2-pack paints (essential)
* Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines
* Reliable and available for immediate start
Please Note
This is a hands-on production role in a workshop environment – if you're a house or fitout painter, this one isn't for you. We need people who know their way around an industrial setting with spray guns and 2 pack paint systems.
