Position Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse supporting Judson Senior Living, your responsibilities include:
1. Providing clinical and front-line supervisory support for the nursing department on a designated assignment.
2. Maintaining the standards of quality for nursing care provided to residents during your shift.
3. Serving as a clinical resource to nursing associates and supporting Judson Services' policies and procedures.
4. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
5. Promoting professional nursing practices and exemplifying leadership for front-line staff.
6. Being accountable for the quality of care on your designated unit during your shift, supervising front-line nursing staff as Charge Nurse.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN or RN license in Ohio.
* Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
* Current Nursing license and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.
* CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
