Responsibilities
- Working with local produce and ensuring high quality product and presentation at all times.
- Adhering to recipes & procedures outlined by our Head Chef.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Assist with running the kitchen and service periods in the absence of our Head Chef.
- Assistance with the design, planning and costing of menus.
- Maintain the highest standard of Food Safety & Hygiene at all times.
About You
You have previous Sous Chef experience in a large club or busy restaurant with Qualifications in Commercial Cookery Certificate III and demonstrated leadership experience. You will have the ability to lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth running of service and standards our members and guests have come to expect are met.
