How You Will Make An Impact As a Chef/Cook
You will be responsible for the daily cooking, in line with our site Food Safety Plan.
Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of food for our residents.
You will deliver the highest standard of client food services and ensure competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
You will observe and follow correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in the Food Safety Program.
You will complete all relevant monitoring documentation in regard to food safety.

What You Will Bring To The Role
To be successful in this role, you will have food handling skills and previous experience within kitchen operations plus a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.
To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, a NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights, and certification proof.
