Business Development Manager – Property Management Department
PRD Burleigh Heads / Tallebudgera is one of the leading real estate agencies on the Southern Gold Coast, and an exciting opportunity has become available for a driven, motivated, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Property Management Department.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate, thrives on building relationships, and is eager to grow a successful rent roll within a supportive and high-performing team environment.
This role will primarily focus on expanding our existing rent roll and securing new managements through active prospecting, referrals, and leveraging our extensive client and sales database.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and expand the existing rent roll by actively canvassing for new listings
* Utilise existing property management and real estate databases to generate new business opportunities
* Prospect and convert landlords through networking, referrals, and relationship building
* Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including brokers and solicitors
* Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into managements
* Complete Form 6 agreements and ensure smooth handovers to the Property Management team
* Assist with implementing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
* Maintain regular contact with landlords and nurture long-term relationships
* Administration and reporting using PropertyMe and REX systems
About You
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Previous experience as a BDM, Property Manager, or Sales Agent preferred
* Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed
* Professional presentation and phone manner
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems
* A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
