You’ll take charge of NSW and ACT, working from home and out in the field, backed by a senior team member in your state and supported by a company that invests in its people and pushes hard for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and grow a territory with serious upside across NSW and ACT
* Translate complex mechanical solutions into clear, compelling value for clients
* Partner with consultants, mechanical contractors, and end users on specs and system design
* Lead end-to-end sales — from opportunity through to project pricing and close
* Represent a market-leading HVAC range including air handling units and modular chillers
* Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tech, and project pipelines
* Attend national and international product launches, events, and trade shows
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of HVAC or mechanical systems sales
* Strong foundation in mechanical engineering (degree highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of chillers, compressors, and energy efficiency principles
* Confident communicator who can influence technically and commercially
* Self-driven with a structured, proactive sales approach
* NSW/ACT market knowledge and relationships (or the drive to build them fast)
* Current driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory
