Rapid Media offers media, digital and creative solutions to clients across a range of industries including retail, education and e-commerce to not-for-profit, travel and aviation. Founded in 2003, Rapid Media operates with offices located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Lennox Head, and Melbourne. We are currently recruiting for a Digital Account Manager with paid media experience to work across a variety of local, national, and international clients - can be based in Brisbane or Gold Coast. Reporting to the Head of Digital Media, this role will provide a strong understanding and wealth of knowledge in digital media, focusing on leading a client roster with digital strategy and assisting Account Directors with pitching, planning, and buying. Responsibilities
* Help lead digital planning, strategy and buying across the Rapid Media client portfolio.
* Build client relationships – attending WIPs and dealing with clients directly via email, phone or in person.
* Understand key digital metrics and multi-channel KPIs that can deliver the best results for a range of clients and objectives.
* Work with the entire digital team to create, implement, and report on digital campaigns for clients.
* Negotiate and buy inventory on behalf of our clients to fulfil planned activity for advertising campaigns.
* Develop strong relationships with the internal Account Directors and their external clients.
Qualifications
* 2+ years digital media experience.
* Good understanding of digital media channels: Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Programmatic, GCM360 etc and confident in building across each.
* Strong understanding of media fundamentals.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering successful digital results.
* Agency background with experience across a range of brands, large and small - preferred.
* A passion for data driven insights and strategy.
* Ability to effectively manage workflows and deadlines.
* Adaptable working style.
* Strong client facing communication.
* Values quality and takes pride in work.
