As a key player in our organization, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting the sale of our products to meet customer requirements and ensure delivery commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage orders, including quoting, bookings, back orders, and data entry
* Provide customer service by answering customer queries and processing sales in a timely fashion
* Execute telephone sales
* Manage and process claims assessments and Return of Material Authorization (RMA)
* Support managers with sales and administrative activities
* Drive transactional sales
* Implement direct marketing activities as instructed
* Oversee delivery and troubleshooting of products
* Build ongoing relationships with customers
* Undertake administrative tasks
* Assist with inventory functions, stock control, and management
Requirements:
* Foster customer service excellence with internal and external clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent listening and questioning skills
* Able to prioritize objectives and responsibilities
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
* Previous experience in using Oracle (desirable)
* Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing roles in relevant industries (e.g. drilling, mining, construction)
* Sound planning and organizational skills
* A team-focused attitude
* Excellent analytical skills, technically savvy
