The role will involve providing practical and compassionate support to participants, assisting with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. This includes personal care, household support, and community access. Manual handling experience is required, along with a respectful, person-centred approach and a commitment to quality support.

Certifications
Required Certifications & Checks
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
* Working With Children Check (or equivalent, if required)
* Manual Handling training
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Preferred (but Not Essential)
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services
