We are seeking an experienced professional to manage gatehouse operations at a client site.
* Maintain secure access control, surveillance, and prompt incident response across the facility.
* Uphold operational security standards without delay or compromise.
* Ensure vehicle movement and access control.
* Monitor WHS and CCTV surveillance.
* Provide daily communications diary, event logs, incident reports, breaches, foot patrol reports, readings, and any checks.
* Implement perimeter security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the site.
* Collaborate with clients to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage gatehouse operations.
* Implement security protocols.
* Monitor CCTV and WHS systems.
* Respond to incidents promptly.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Applicable Security License of State or Territory.
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
* Current Drivers License of State or Territory.
* Advanced Computer Skills - literacy in MS Office products.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Report writing and presentation skills.
