We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Support Officer – Home Care
to join our Home Care team at the
Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek
. In this role, you will be the link between our Home Care staff and Finance team, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant financial and operational processes that support the delivery of quality care.
As The Business Support Officer – Home Care You Will
Oversee end-to-end billing processes, resolve discrepancies, manage debtors, support our Finance Team with receipting, reconciliation and month-end reporting.
Validate payroll reports, ensure SCHADS Award compliance and prepare government funding claims (e.g., VHC).
Maintain reporting tools, support system migrations (e.g., Xero to Epicor) and optimise care management platforms (AlayaCare).
Collaborate with management and staff on targeted projects to improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects that enhance governance and reduce risk.
Act as the primary liaison between Home Care, Finance, and Accounts Receivable.

About You
Possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or related field (desirable).
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent (desirable).
Strong financial administration and operational coordination skills.
Experience working in aged care or home care sector (desirable).
Proficiency with care management platforms (AlayaCare), billing systems (Xero), and ERP systems (Epicor).
Understanding of SCHADS Award and payroll processes (desirable).Knowledge of government funding programs (Support at Home, Veterans Home Care).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and reporting skills.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
