**The Landscape**

Since our new Chief People Officer joined late last year, the HR team has been on an exciting adventure. We have embarked on a rebuilding phase - starting with embedding the core foundations that will design the pathway forward for us to enable the business to achieve its community, people and strategic outcomes. We have redesigned the way we work, bringing a new focussed approach in getting things done in an agile way, setting us up for success with many exciting projects on the go. We know when we implement a new way of working it is a learning journey for all, but we have done this collectively, having much fun along the way.

Human Resources sits within the Corporate Service Directorate, a directorate responsible for many of the key functions typical of this type of Directorate.
