Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in a casual role, with up to 30 hours per week available. This position is predominantly focused on afternoon and evening shifts, so availability during those times is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Keeping kitchen and wash-up areas clean, organised, and safe
* Assisting with basic kitchen duties as required
* Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following all relevant guidelines
* Collecting and correctly disposing of rubbish from all kitchen areas during and after each shift
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Minimum commitment of 4 months
* Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
