As the Front Office Manager, you won't just answer phones – you'll be at the heart of the agency, managing day‐to‐day operations and providing key support to the Sales and Property Management teams. This role goes beyond typical reception duties, offering a truly exciting and rewarding career step.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and present the office to the highest standard
* Answer and redirect incoming calls professionally
* List properties across multiple platforms
* Process agency agreements, property files, exchanges, marketing, and settlements
* Prepare meeting rooms and client materials
* Manage stationery and office supplies
* Reporting, filing, and record keeping
* Monitor and update office compliance
* Provide support to Sales, Property Management, and admin teams
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration experience; real estate experience is a bonus but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong time management abilities
* Outstanding customer service standards
* Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Impeccable presentation, reliability, punctuality, and honesty
* Enthusiasm, positivity, and a can‐do attitude – your attitude is everything!
