At Imperium Corporate Services, we take the stress out of bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, and HR through expert knowledge, organised systems, and a supportive, down‐to‐earth approach.

We're looking for an Admin Officer with strong organisational skills and some exposure to Xero, payroll, or finance‐related administration. In this role, you'll help keep client workflows running smoothly while developing your finance capability with the support of our experienced bookkeeping team.

What You'll Be Doing

* Bank feed matching & reconciliation in Xero
* Payroll processing for clients across multiple industries
* Hubdoc maintenance and file management
* Understanding and applying award rates and Fair Work compliance
* Managing multiple client files and deadlines efficiently
* General administrative support including document handling, filing, and reporting

What You'll Bring

* Familiarity with Hubdoc or the ability to confidently learn new digital tools
* A naturally organised, detail‐driven approach, with a talent for keeping things tidy, accurate, and on track
* Confidence working across multiple deadlines while staying calm, structured, and focused
* A genuine desire to learn and grow, with openness to feedback and support from our bookkeeping team
