The Opportunity
As our local expert, you'll provide exceptional service to our hospitality clients. The role is highly autonomous and involves installing, maintaining, and repairing our range of ATM and CRTs across the Townsville region. You'll be the face of our company, trusted to solve problems and keep our clients running smoothly, along with the full-timer.

* Excellent Earning Potential on Part-Time Hours: A total annual package of $54,000 + Super, which includes your base salary, a generous $8,000 car allowance, and premium weekend loading for your Saturday and Sunday work.

What You'll Need to Succeed (The Requirements)
* Proven field service experience with ATMs, gaming machines, or other electro‑mechanical devices (e.g., printers, security systems, medical equipment).
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.
* A professional and friendly customer service approach.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
* You must have your own reliable vehicle and a current, valid driver's license.
* The role requires the physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 kg.
