The Position
Kitchen Staff: Your tasks will include, but not limited to: Cleaning the kitchen, dish/pot wash, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, mopping/scrubbing floors, chemical handling, stock unloading, cleaning dining rooms, vacuuming/mopping.
Cleaning Staff: Your tasks will include, but not limited to: Making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds, restocking linen trolleys, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning common areas, rubbish removal.
The Person
* Industrial cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
* Kitchen hand‑based experience required.
* Team player and be flexible to work in all departments, including night shift.
* Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.
* Comfortable undertaking a pre‑employment medical / drug screen.
* Current driver's license and own transport.
* Police Check - Desired.
* Chefs will be trade certified with a minimum in cert 3 commercial cookery.
