Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
Trade qualified Commis Chef with experience in a hotel kitchen setting
5-star standard of Food-Preparation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
