Customer Service Staff at JFC Australia

JFC Australia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JFC Japan and Kikkoman Corporation, established in Sydney in 1986, is currently seeking one Customer Service staff member at its Sydney Head Office.

JFC Australia is a leading Japanese food wholesaler that spearheads the East Asian food, particularly the Japanese food, market. The company provides reliable products and thorough service to businesses in the food industry, including restaurants, catering services, hotels, wholesalers, and retailers.

At the Sydney Head Office, along with seven branches in other states, we handle over 5,000 products for the food service industry, grocery stores, and supermarkets. We provide detailed support, including assessing compliance and non-compliance with Australian regulations and processing import permit applications.

Initial training will be provided directly through On-the-Job Training (OJT) by a dedicated training staff member for the first one to two months. Experienced and friendly senior staff will guide you carefully, so those with no prior experience are also welcome to apply with confidence. Overtime is rare, and staff can generally leave on time. Additionally, public buses run in the mornings and evenings from City/Chatswood and stop right in front of the company

【 Working Hours 】 Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:36 PM (Including 1-hour break)

【 Work Location 】 Lane Cove West

■ Requirements

・Intermediate English and Korean skills (Japanese is also an advantage)

・Native/fluent level Korean language proficiency is required

・Basic data entry level Microsoft Excel proficiency is required

・Need to communicate with customers and other departments in English
