We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure upgrade in Mildura. This role involves ensuring environmental compliance, managing site assessments, and contributing to sustainable project outcomes.
Paying between $55 - $85 + Super hourly dependent on experience (accommodation provided)
Your new role
* Oversee environmental aspects of infrastructure works
* Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare reports
* Identify and manage risks related to local flora and fauna
* Ensure compliance with Victorian environmental legislation and local council requirements
* Liaise with stakeholders and provide technical advice
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline
* Proven experience in infrastructure or civil projects
* Strong knowledge of plant identification and ecological surveys
* Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies
* Familiarity with Victorian environmental regulations and local planning requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
