The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Staircase Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and love seeing a project come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install custom-designed timber staircases according to specifications and drawings.
* Read and interpret plans, site measurements, and installation instructions.
* Liaise professionally with builders, site managers, and clients.
* Conduct site checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in staircase installation, carpentry, or joinery (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
* Qualified Carpenter (Certificate lll + Apprenticeship)
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
* White Card (Construction Induction Card) and valid driver's license.
* Tools and suitable vehicle.
