Hotel Operations Manager Position
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our hotel operations and oversee essential venue administration.
* We're looking for someone who can drive occupancy and revenue through effective rate management and exceptional guest relations.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping team, ensuring motel rooms are maintained to a high standard.
* This role requires strong financial management skills, including reconciliations, POS registers, and system data integrity.
* You will take ownership of stock control and report any variances.
* The ideal candidate will have experience with compliance, including team VISA obligations, and assist in achieving expected audit results.
About You:
* Proven experience in hotel/motel management, including front office and housekeeping oversight.
* Strong attention to detail with skills in financial reconciliation, reporting, and data integrity.
* Experience with stock control, stocktakes, and managing cash/stock variances is essential.
