Field Service Engineer – JBT CITRUS

Key Responsibilities
* Work in a supportive team with experienced coworkers, both at customer sites and in the office.
* Prepare, execute, and report preventive equipment maintenance visits.
* Attend customer sites to conduct service visits.
* Troubleshoot production issues at customer sites.
* Complete on‑site evaluations, install machine enhancements, and appropriately test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and product specifications.
* Ensure that the JBT Marel experience for customers matches the JBT Marel promise of superior performance, service, and quality with outstanding communication skills while working closely with customer management, supervisors, etc.
* Troubleshoot and perform break‑fix services to high‑technology food processing equipment.
Qualifications (Must Have)
* Trade certified mechanical fitter/machinist/boilermaker.
* Technical aptitude.
* Work autonomously and take initiative.
* Read manuals.
* Parts management.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability / willingness to work weekends.
* Ability / willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
* Food industry background.
* Process knowledge.
* Rigging experience.
* Read P&ID drawings.
