Operations Manager Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive operational excellence across multiple business units in the Pilbara region.
* Lead and manage daily operations ensuring safe and successful delivery of services and projects.
* Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, cost management, and performance monitoring.
* Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and client requirements.
* Monitor operational KPIs, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
* Minimum 8–10 years' leadership experience in operations or project management.
