They also have an affiliate in the UK and work with clients to ensure their facilities, equipment, quality systems, and processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for WFH. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development and deployment of software solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and life science industries. The Programmer Analyst will work under the direction of Software Products Manager to write code, design user interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to clients.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Design, document, implement and test software enhancements / changes.
* Assist customers in configuration of enterprise level software systems.
* Train customers in the implementation and application of company products.
* Guidance, preparation and execution of validation documentation.
* Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
* Advise the Project Manager of any issues in meeting deadlines as soon as they become apparent.
* Provide technical support to SeerPharma's existing customers.
* Contribute to continuous process and technical improvements to make our team even better than it is.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Development and review of source code
* HTML user interface knowledge and design principles, including HTML5 standards, Javascript and JQuery and basic user experience understanding;
* Software Development Life cycle;
* SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle databases and database concepts;
* Agile development processes;
* Working with a software quality management system;
* Regulatory requirements for Computer System Validation.
The role is expected to develop into a project management role.
