With support, structure, and a strong brand behind you, you’ll focus on converting opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will include: Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities Converting leads into managements Building and nurturing strong landlord relationships Conducting market appraisals and providing expert advice Seamlessly transitioning new clients to the Property Management team Working closely with internal teams to maximise results About You Previous BDM experience in Real Estate, OR Minimum 2 years’ leasing experience with exposure to business development Polished, confident, and exceptional communication skills Naturally driven, proactive, and relationship-focused Strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for Real Estate Certificate of Registration (COR), reliable car & driver’s license If you’re looking to align yourself with a premium brand, work with a supportive and ambitious team, and be rewarded for your results — this is the move you’ve been waiting for.
