* $ 89,663 to $ 98,556 part-time pro-rata per annum (HEO6) + 17% superannuation

About the role
The role establishes, coordinates and manages the institutional self-assessment process to identify barriers to gender equity, diversity and inclusion and the development of UNE's SAGE Athena Swan action plan and Bronze application to address them.
The incumbent will support the Academic Lead - SAGE Athena Swan Program by establishing and administering appropriate project management systems and processes, leading data collection and analysis, and consulting with and communicating to staff and students about the program.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Outstanding project management and written and oral communication skills; including in report writing.
2. Experience in establishing systems and processes for new projects, including governance and reporting processes.
3. High level data analysis skills, including in relation to remuneration and staff.
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and liaison skills in a large organisation.
5. Demonstrated expertise in the establishment, monitoring and evaluating of equity, diversity and inclusion projects, preferably in the higher education sector.
6. Awareness of the SAGE Athena SWAN program, its purpose, goals and outcomes.
7. High level experience in secretariat administrative duties.
8. Experience in event planning and coordination to drive relevant gender equity events.
