**About Them**:
This leading Commercial Fit Out Construction company with decades of experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sector are seeking a meticulous Business Support Manager to create and maintain an efficient administrative function. This role is an integral position to the company currently with two direct reports which include a Receptionist and Office Administrator. This role is certainly for someone who is capable of managing and maintaining a dynamic team and loves to be organised
**The Role**:
With two direct reports and working alongside a dynamic Finance/ HR Manager your day to day will vary.
- Reception management
- Office management
- Security management
- AV & IT management
- IT operations - day to day assistance (including liaising with external partners)
- Register management
- Asset audits
- Insurance claims
- Telecommunications
- Fleet management
- Management of building licences
- LINK - Admin support
- Procore - contract management
- HR Support
**Additionally being involved with some special projects which include**:
- New office/relocations
- Data collection & verification projects
**You'll Need**:
- At least 3-5 years experience in Business Administration and or Office Management
- Strong attention to detail & highly organised
- Financially minded
- Versatile, pro-technology and change
- Passion for construction industry
