Full Time | Integrated Facilities Management
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing day‐to‐day FM operations including planned maintenance, reactive works and soft services coordination
* Leading contractor performance, scheduling, supervision and quality assurance
* Ensuring WHS compliance, inductions, risk assessments and safe work practices
* Monitoring performance, work orders, compliance tasks and reportingPreparing monthly performance reports, maintenance summaries and defect logs
* Managing site‐level budgets, invoices, variations and procurement
* Coordinating shutdowns, inspections and business continuity planning
* Building strong relationships with hospital leaders and clinical teams
* Supporting a culture of safety, service excellence and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar FM role
* Experience in complex environments — hospital or clinical facilities highly regarded
* Strong understanding of building services, infrastructure and maintenance delivery
* Proven contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage risk, compliance and operational performance
* Strong communication, leadership and problem‐solving capability
* Trade or engineering qualifications (electrical/mechanical) highly regarded
