Support Care Worker Role
We are seeking a Support Care Worker to assist clients with daily living tasks and provide emotional support.
* This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker, relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Disability or equivalent) and current driver's licence.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, supporting participation in social and community activities, administering medications according to care plans and providing companionship.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
* Manual Handling and Medication Administration certificates highly regarded
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
