The Role
* Handle customer orders, quotes, and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
* Support customers and distributors with product, freight, and billing queries in a professional and helpful manner
* Troubleshoot issues and see them through to resolution, escalating where required
* Work closely with sales and operations to track orders, deliveries, and provide updates
* Maintain accurate data entry across systems (SAP/ERP) while managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and reliable service
About You
* Previous experience in customer service or internal sales within manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams
