The Position Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead Rocky Bay's People and Risk functions, shaping workforce strategy, culture, governance and safety to enable organisational success.
Your core duties will include: Workforce strategy, planning, and capability development.
Leadership of HR, risk, governance, and compliance functions.
Driving a positive, values-based culture and leadership accountability.
Employee relations, performance management, and remuneration.
Organisational development, learning, and succession planning.
Workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
Stakeholder and employee engagement.
Reporting to and providing advice to the CEO and Board and committees.
About You Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a complex People & Culture role within a customer-focused environment.
Strong strategic capability with a track record of driving organisational change.
Demonstrated expertise across HR, IR, and organisational development.
Well-developed governance, compliance, and risk management knowledge.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build and empower teams.
High personal integrity, resilience, and commercial acumen.
