Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, employees, and visitors by being their first point of contact, managing meeting room bookings, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining office areas and conference rooms.
* You will manage incoming calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering requests to ensure seamless events.
* Maintain the overall appearance of office areas and conference rooms, including cleaning, organization, and replenishing supplies.
* Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
* Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
