Key Role in Organisational Growth
The Learning and Organisational Development Partner plays a pivotal part in the development and delivery of all learning and organisational initiatives.
This full-time position supports the growth of leadership and professional capability across the organisation, identifying learning needs and designing programs to address these gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership Framework Implementation: Lead the implementation of Saab's Leadership Development Framework to ensure the company has the leadership capability to deliver on its strategy.
* Professional Learning Interventions: Support the identification and development of interventions to improve behaviours, core capability, and team effectiveness.
* Development Solutions: Implement a range of solutions to enhance career growth progression and business outcomes for employees.
* Talent and Capability Programs: Support Saab's talent, career, and growth strategy through implementing selected talent, capability, and leadership programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Business Partnership: Partner with the organisation on Learning and Development policies, programs, and practices.
* Training Needs Analysis: Assist managers and business units in identifying training needs and recommending suitable methods to address skills and knowledge gaps.
