Overview
Be part of shaping the next generation of doctors at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), where education and healthcare excellence go hand in hand. CALHN is seeking Medical Education Officers to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs for Interns within a dynamic teaching hospital environment at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
In this role, you will coordinate orientation, simulation sessions, teaching programs, and professional development workshops while ensuring alignment with the Australian Medical Council (AMC) framework and national standards. You'll also contribute to policy innovation, accreditation support, and the advancement of medical education across the network.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate orientation, simulation sessions, teaching programs, and professional development workshops for interns.
* Ensure alignment with Australian Medical Council (AMC) framework and national standards.
* Contribute to policy innovation, accreditation support, and advancement of medical education across the network.
Qualifications
* Experienced healthcare educator or leader with a passion for professional development and education.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (RN3 stream).
* Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive educational innovation and continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs within clinical or health education settings.
* Subject to relevant clearance and vaccination requirements.
