What you will do:
Ensure food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations
Take ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste
Be a cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
Help with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
Take on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Great attention to detail
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures
Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
We are looking for someone who:
Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays across a seven-day roster
* Has the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restriction as well as holds a current police clearance (not older than 6 months)
