We are currently seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to manage various aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and handle all incoming telephone calls, visitors, and contractors in a timely and courteous manner.
* Oversee the procurement, storage, and control of stock and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management.
* Set up and manage projects and jobs using EPICOR, providing accurate reporting as required.
* Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and other accounting duties with precision and attention to detail.
* Input account receivable invoices and assist with credit control activities to ensure prompt payment.
* Provide administrative support for accounts and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Offer training and guidance to employees on the use of EPICOR and Employment Hero systems to enhance their skills and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience working collaboratively with others and independently.
