Job Description - Recruitment Business Partner
We have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our Fuels and Energy team.
The role supports this client group with providing resourcing across a range of roles, including the execution of large-scale shutdown projects.
About the Role
* Partnering with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practice sourcing strategy
* Full recruitment process management including sourcing, screening and qualification of candidates
* Candidate talent pooling using various tools
* Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process
* Ensuring compliance and governance for all recruitment assignments.
What We Are Looking For
You will demonstrate your ability to manage conflicting needs and priorities, while building strong relationships internally and externally.
* Previous experience in recruiting technical & trade roles, particularly within shutdown/turnaround maintenance environments.
* Demonstrated experience in developing effective recruitment strategies with a focus on enhancing workforce diversity.
* Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools.
* Experience working with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools with the ability to review current practices and implement improvements.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
