Role Description
As a Sales Consultant at Savic Motorcycles, you'll be the face of our brand for riders - creating engaging, compelling touchpoints that turn interest into ownership. You'll own the customer journey from the moment a lead enters our funnel to the day their motorcycle is delivered, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and exciting.
Who are you?
* You ride (and love) motorcycles, and are excited by the future of EV and what that means for riders.
* You've got at least 3+ years of sales experience. You know how to learn product details, discover what your customer is looking for, and help them find the best solution for their needs.
* You're not shy about sales follow ups - you've learnt that it's the salesperson that's available, proactive, friendly and knowledgeable that gets the sale.
* You're tech-savvy, you're comfortable to jump into CRM systems like Hubspot, and manage deals and capture customer notes.
* You are great at communicating - you don't waffle but you do articulate clearly and succinctly. People understand what you're saying.
* You are a people-person who loves to proactively communicate with others, sharing updates on projects and making sure our team and customers feel excited and confident that we're crushing their job.
* You follow through - if you say that you're going to do something, it always gets done, people can rely on you.
* Someone might describe you as a creative nerd - you've got fun ideas, but you always want to make sure they match in performance and data.
* You want to work with other passionate people. You've got memes to share in our Slack channels, and emojis ready to cheer the team on with.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting in to the Sales Manager, you will:
* Own the customer journey: manage leads from initial enquiry through to bike delivery.
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert them into contracts.
* Keep HubSpot CRM fully updated with accurate notes, activity, and pipeline status.
* Deliver timely, personalised communications to prospects and customers waiting for their bikes (build updates, delivery comms, etc.).
* Plan and run test ride days as a lead rider, taking customers out on our C-Series, hosting as a brand ambassador, building relationships and nurturing leads.
* Collaborate with marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness and share customer insights.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, balancing conversion rate and revenue.
* Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and be a trusted point of contact for riders.
