The Brunswick Agricultural Society, a not-for-profit community organisation, is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of the iconic Brunswick Show in October of each year on an annual basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the BAS President, you will manage end-to-end event coordination including logistics, compliance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and on-the-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Event planning and timeline management
Site logistics (infrastructure, parking, power, amenities)
Risk management, permits and safety compliance
Vendor, sponsor and stakeholder coordination
Budget support and financial oversight
On-site event delivery and post-event reporting
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with volunteer committees
Flexible during peak periods and available for Show week
Contract: 1 March – 30 November
Location: Brunswick Show Grounds (during peak periods)
Remuneration: Negotiable
