The ICT Customer Support Officer Role:
* Permanent, full time role working Monday - Friday
* Based at our NSW State Office in Lane Cove with travel to our aged care homes as required
* Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails and face to face requests in a timely and professional manner
* Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing equipment and office applications
* Document issues and resolutions clearly in the Helpdesk system
* Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments

About you:
* Successful track record providing IT support, ideally in a fast-paced health care environment
* Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft programs, Active Directory and ticketing systems
* Flexible, delivers excellent customer service, and works well independently and in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, proactive, demonstrates initiative and enjoys problem solving
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
