Armstrong Air is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take full control of post-sale job delivery across our residential HVAC business.
This is a hybrid office and field-based role, suited to someone who has come off the tools and understands how jobs actually run.
You will be responsible for coordinating installs, managing teams, maintaining compliance (VEU), and ensuring every job runs smoothly from sale through to completion.
You will also assist with quoting from plans and photos, and play a key role in improving systems, workflow, and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of jobs once sold and prepare for install
* Schedule and manage install teams efficiently
* Be the first point of call for problems and escalations
* Produce accurate quotes from:
o Floor plans
o Site photos
* Identify and price variations early
* Coordinate between office, installers, clients, and suppliers
* Ensure all jobs meet:
o VEU compliance requirements
o Electrical compliance (COES)
o Manufacturer specifications
* Ensure all required photos, documentation, and certificates are completed before job closure
