The Role
As a Personal Home Care Worker, you will travel across the Gold Coast, delivering high-quality care services to clients. Your responsibilities include:
* Social support: transport to appointments, shopping, companionship
* Domestic tasks: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
* Support with mobility, transfers, and assistive equipment
* Assist clients with complex or challenging needs
* Monitor wellbeing and report on any health or safety concerns
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid First Aid and CPR certification
* Reliable vehicle with valid driver's licence and insurance
* Smartphone with internet access for communication and updates
