This role is within a residential care setting and requires candidates to hold a Certificate 3 in a related field – this is non-negotiable.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker you will play a vital role in supporting Adults who have experienced significant trauma, disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will:
* Behavioural management (physical and verbal aggression, property damage, absconding and sexualised behaviours)
* Work in a recovery-focused way
* Coordinate and implement social outings
* Day to day living support
* Personal Care
* Diabetes management
* Manual Handling
* Complete detailed shift notes and incident reports.

Key Requirements
* Certificate 3 minimum in a related field – mandatory
* Minimum six months of paid experience working as a Support Worker in the Disability Space – mandatory
* NDIS workers check
* Full NSW Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
* COVID-19 vaccination x3 or valid medical exemption
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
