What You'll Do
* Maintain work schedule
* Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
* Prepare vehicle arrival
* WARP and CCC administration arrival
* Communicate with customers and meet expectation
* Coordinate rental car and hand off
* Provide update on vehicle's status
* Reorder material and supplies
* Review repair and delivery
* Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
* Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
* Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
* Microsoft Office experience preferred
* Must be willing to train others
* Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
* Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
