THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager within the Business Services team, you'll be hands-on with client work while reviewing the work of a group of accountants.
Day-to-day you'll:
* Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients
* Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice
* Build and nurture strong client relationships
* Mentor and support offshore team members
* Active business clients across a range of industries
YOUR SKILLS
* Prior experience managing clients and staff
* CA/CPA qualified preferred but not essential
* Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
* Commercial problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset
