Join Our Aquatics Team as a Customer Service Supervisor
The Active Communities team is seeking an energetic and motivated leader to oversee frontline operations at Campaspe Shire Council's aquatic facilities.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, handling membership enquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You'll lead the customer service team, maintain staff rosters, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service that keeps our community engaged and satisfied.
Qualifications
CertificateIV in Frontline Management, or relevant supervisory experience.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Cash handling experience with a basic understanding of financial reports.
First Aid Certificate.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Sound computer skills with well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Victorian Working with Children Check.
Valid National Police Check.
Valid Driver's Licence.
