* Key Responsibilities:
* Determine customer needs and configure product options accordingly.
* Prepare accurate quotes using specialized software and handle smaller sales transactions.
* Follow up on potential leads and assist in converting showroom visits into confirmed orders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage reception duties, including responding to inbound calls and general inquiries.
* Perform banking tasks, act as timekeeper, and upload records of safety and competence to the company's database.
* Conduct pre-production calls to customers and scan/upload completed sales orders to the database.
* Support showroom administration and maintain accurate records.
* Develop product knowledge from technical specifications to installation advice.
* Meet performance targets related to quote accuracy, follow-up, response time and customer satisfaction.
